Bryce Haslem, MD obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology at Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Medicine at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He completed an internship, internal medicine residency, and a gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is board-certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and specializes in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
Dr. Haslem believes in treating all of his patients as individuals and personalizing their healthcare plans for their specific needs. Although he routinely treats many of the same health conditions, he knows that no two patients are the same. Dr. Haslem puts a lot of effort to understand his patient’s needs by learning about their background and developing a relationship of trust with them. Dr. Haslem enjoys using his medical training to solve difficult problems, meet and work with a variety of people, and perform procedures that have an immediate, even life-saving, impact on his patients.
When he is not taking care of patients, Dr. Haslem enjoys being active in sports and going biking, hiking, and golfing.
